 50 g Celery root
 1 Carrots(medium size)
 1 tsp Flax seeds
 1 tsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Olive oil
 1 Crisp bread

Grate celery root and carrots on a coarse grater;

Mix olive oil with lemon juice and flax seeds *. Season the salad.
* for better assimilation, it is better to presoak or grind flax seeds.

Paste a snack once a day for a long period of time between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.
