 120 g Cod fillet
 ½ Carrot
 50 g Broccoli
 50 g cauliflower
 60 g Green beans
 1 tsp Olive oil
 25 g Buckwheat
 Lemon juicetaste
 1 tsp Sesame
 0.50 tsp Ginger and Nutmeg
 Sea salt taste
 Peppertaste

Pre-wash and dry the fillet with a damp cloth. Then pickle for
10 Minutes in lemon juice, spices, salt, pepper and sesame;

Cook the buckwheat until cooked in a ratio of water 1: 2;

Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste;

On a baking sheet we spread baking paper, spread the vegetables, and on top - fillet in seasonings;

We wrap the paper tightly so that we get an envelope and put it in a preheated oven up to 200С for 20 Minutes. When serving, carefully cut the envelope - hot steam and liquid accumulate inside. If there is no paper, you can bake fish with vegetables just in the baking dish for the same 20 Minutes;

We serve fish with vegetables with prepared buckwheat.
