 130 g Tofu
 30 g Carrot
 70 g A tomato
 40 g Green beans
 70 g Sweet pepper
 30 g Cauliflower
 30 g Broccoli
 5 g Butter
 50 g Whole wheat bread

Warm the pan with butter. If we use freezing, we first dip the vegetables in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Then fry vegetables with spices.

After a couple of minutes, add a little water and salt / pepper. Along with this, add tofu cubes and simmer for a couple of minutes, depending on the desired hardness of the vegetables;

Serve the stew with bread.
